FAQ about drone washing
Have questions? We have the answers.
Contact us directly if you can’t find what you’re looking for.
How does it work?
Our drone is operated from the ground and uses a high-precision spraying system powered by a hose connected to a pumping unit. This method allows for clinically precise cleaning of glass surfaces without any risky physical contact.
Is drone cleaning safe for glass and surfaces?
Absolutely. The absence of direct contact with traditional brushes or squeegees ensures that no scratches are made on the glass. The use of pure deionized water also preserves the integrity of all types of frames and façades.
Can you clean high rises?
Yes, our technology is specifically designed for high-rise buildings and complex structures. Our drones can operate on façades up to 100 meters in height, where traditional equipment often reaches its safety limits.
What weather conditions are required?
For optimal precision and safety, we operate in calm weather conditions, with winds not exceeding 25 km/h. We closely monitor forecasts to ensure each cleaning session is carried out under ideal conditions.
How long does a cleaning job take?
Drone cleaning is approximately three times faster thantraditional methods. Our systems can cover up to 1,000 m² per hour, minimizing site occupancy time and disruptions for occupants.
Is it less expensive than traditional methods?
In most cases, yes. By eliminating the need for heavy cranes, scaffolding, or costly lifts, and by reducing labor time, we offer a more competitive and logistically streamlined solution.
Are your pilots certified and insured?
Our operators hold their advanced drone pilot certification from Transport Canada. RISE UP ROBOTICS is also fully insured with comprehensive liability coverage.
What type of water do you use?
We use 100% pure deionized water. This filtration process removes all minerals and sediments, resulting in a spotless finish without the use of harsh chemicals that can harm the environment.
How do you dry the windows after cleaning?
Deionized water has exceptional natural drying properties. Because it is free of minerals, it evaporates without leaving streaks, water spots, or residue—making manual drying with a squeegee completely unnecessary.
Do you offer regular maintenance contracts?
Absolutely. We offer customized maintenance programs (monthly, quarterly, or annually) to ensure the long-term clarity of your façades and prevent the buildup of corrosive atmospheric contaminants.
Do you serve Montreal and the surrounding areas?
Yes, our operations base allows us to efficiently serve the entire Greater Montreal area, including Laval, the North Shore, and the South Shore. We also take on commercial projects across Quebec depending on the scope.
Do you operate in compliance with Canadian regulations?
Full compliance. Our operations strictly adhere to the Canadian Aviation Regulations (CARs). Each mission undergoes a thorough risk assessment and coordinated planning.
